Heat skillet

Add a dollop of butter to skillet. Melt

Slice jalapeños. Put on skillet and cook until tender

Remove jalapeño and clean skillet

Add more butter then place one tortilla on skillet

Fry both tortillas on each side

With one tortilla on skillet add cheese and jalapeños

Place second tortilla on top

Heat through to melt cheese

Remove from skillet and slice
