Next, grab the Olive Oil and your seasonings. You can use almost anything to season (black pepper, salt, paprika, etc.). Here, we're using just Creole seasoning.
Pour some oil over the chicken, about 1 tablespoon's worth.
Pour the seasoning over the chicken.
Using a spoon, mix the chicken, oil, and seasoning.
